WHEN YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED AND READY TO BE SHIPPED, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION.

CANADIAN ORDERS

WILL BE SHIPPED VIA UPS'S STANDARD SERVICE, WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED DELIVERY, AND WILL BE CHARGED A 15$ FLAT RATE AT CHECKOUT. MOST DOMESTIC ORDERS WILL ARRIVE WITHIN 3-5 DAYS OF SHIPMENT - THIS MAY VARY DEPENDING ON DESTINATION.

ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE UNITED STATES

WITH THE ELIMINATION OF THE DE MINIMIS EXEMPTION, ALL US ORDERS ARE NOW SUBJECT TO DUTIES & TARIFFS. WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED A PROGRAM TO CALCULATE DUTIES AT CHECKOUT. THIS ENSURES YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO ANY SURPRISE BROKERAGE FEES AND WILL MOVE THROUGH CUSTOMS QUICKLY.

WE SHIP TO THE US USING TWO RATES: FLAT RATE US WHICH USES FEDEX'S ECONOMY SERVICE AND WILL DELIVER IN 3-6 BUSINESS DAYS, AND US EXPRESS WHICH UTILIZES FEDEX'S PRIORITY SERVICE AND WILL DELIVER IN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

WILL BE SHIPPED VIA FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY, AND ARE NOW SHIPPED DDP. THIS ENSURES YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO ANY SURPRISE BROKERAGE FEES AND WILL MOVE THROUGH CUSTOMS QUICKLY.

RETURNS


GOODS PURCHASED ONLINE MAY BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND, SIZE EXCHANGE, OR STORE CREDIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING PRICE, AS WELL AS ANY DUTIES OR TAXES, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED TO YOU.

ANY RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. BEFORE YOU SHIP A RETURNED ITEM TO US, YOU MUST FIRST REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION FROM US BY EMAIL. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF GOODS. RETURNS SHIPPED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM US WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

ONCE AUTHORIZATION IS GRANTED, YOU MAY SHIP YOUR RETURNED GOODS TO US WITH ANY POSTAL OR COURIER SERVICE YOU WISH, PROVIDED YOUR SHIPMENT IS TRACKED, TRACKING INFORMATION IS SENT TO US, AND YOUR SHIPMENT IS SENT WITH "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" DELIVERY. ALL RETURNS MUST ALSO BE MARKED AS A RETURN OF "DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS" SO THEY DOESN'T INCUR DUTIES UPON RETURN. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS OF GOODS IN RETURNED SHIPMENTS, AS WELL AS ANY DUTIES INCURRED ON YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT.

THE CUSTOMER IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST OF RETURNED GOODS. ALL RETURNED ORDERS MUST BE SENT PREPAID, AND WE WILL NOT ACCEPT COD (CASH ON DELIVERY).
